The Trinitea-SSB
has a unique conveying medium. Here Tea fed by a built-in
feeder is dropped onto 8 wide Stainless
Steel PVB belt. Stainless steel is
also superior on thermal conductivity which is a vital characteristic
of the ideal fermenting surface. Individual FRP Modules
are aerodynamically designed and fitted with special heavy
duty fans. This draw humidified air from specially
designed Honeycomb Mist chamber and blows
it through the tea bed. A high speed brush is also provided clean
any tea particles that may remain stuck to the trays. The
tea is not "disturbed" at any
point. All essential parameters are variable - the thickness of
bed, fermenting time and the volume of air delivered by each fan.

Steel belt - Ensures even fermentation, since stainless steel is having
high thermal conductivity. Centralised
Controls - A composite control console is provided for
all starters, fan regulators, etc. The console can be suitably positioned
to give easy access and control of the machine to the tea maker. |

High Output
- The Trinitea-SSB is modular in construction, which enables the
user to choose a machine compatible to his requirement.
Throughput ranges between 1600 Kgs. of withered
leaf per hour in a 5-module machine to 2650 Kgs. in an 8-module machine. Humid
air - Continuous supply of High R.H air for even fermentation and
better liquor. Minimum
Handling - No ploughs, no rakes. The less the tea is handled, the
better the bloom, make and liquor. Flexible
Air flows - The direction of airflow can be reversed
in alternative models, which helps in even fermentation. |
