The Trinitea-PVB
has a unique conveying medium. Here Tea fed by a built-in
feeder is dropped on to 8’ wide Teflon quoted PVB belt
. Due more open area in the belt the humid air easily passes through
the tea bed and improves the fermentation. Individual
FRP Modules are aerodynamically designed
and fitted with special heavy duty fans. This draw humidified air
from specially designed Honeycomb Mist chamber and blows it through
the tea bed. A high speed brush is also provided to clean any tea
particles that may remain stuck to the trays. The tea is not "disturbed"
at any point. All essential parameters are variable - the
thickness of bed, fermenting time and the volume of air delivered
by each fan. |

Imported
PVB belt - Ensures even fermentation and also improves
the airflow through tea bed. Due to special coating on the
belt the tea particles does not stick on to the belt
and this eliminates bacteria formation. |

High Output
- The Trinitea-PVB is modular in construction, which enables
the user to choose a machine compatible to his requirement.
Throughput ranges between 1600 Kgs. of withered
leaf per hour in a 5-module machine to 2650 Kgs. in an 8-module machine. Hygiene
- All parts are easily accessible for cleaning. No accumulation or spillage
of tea, like in enclosed or multi stage machines. So Trinitea-PVB
is contamination and bacteria proof. The return circuit of trays is exposed
for better inspection and maintenance. |
