TIGL complements its high quality machines with prompt and efficient service. A team of more than 50 dedicated and expert technicians fan out across the country & world, taking care of all aspects of after-sales service. They undertake installation and commissioning of machines, maintenance, regular check-ups, trouble shooting and service breakdowns. They are even trained to offer technical advice on machine and factory layout.

AMCs - TIGL offers a comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) package, where in the company technician visit customers for preventive and periodic maintenance of machines and tackles any repair or break down immediately.

HELLO SERVICE - Launched successfully a few years ago, Hello service is a free service provided to customers, where in TIGL technicians conduct surprise on-site surveys on machines.

TURNKEY PROJECTS - over the last few years, TIGL has taken up turnkey
projects which involve designing, construction, civil and electrical work at new and existing tea factories as well as supply of the entire range of tea processing machinery. It has already successfully erected such turnkey projects in record time. Some projects include Assam Gold Tea Factory, Assam, Pioneer Tea & Exports, Dooars, Lalung Tea Estate factory, Bordumsa, Arunachal Pradesh and many tea factories in south India.

TIGL operates service cells in all the tea growing areas in the country, with offices Kolkata and Coimbatore. A new service outlet in Coonoor, Nilgiris has also been set up. An overseas service office has been set up in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in association with Helix Engineering. A locally stationed Area Manager and a team of full-time service engineers ensure that service back up is always available. TIGL is also the only company that organises training programmes for tea estate technicians every year.
