Widely  used  for   the   manufacture   of  orthodox  teas. Rolitea  Rollers    have   been    modernised   by   T & I incorporating such changes as would increase operational convenience   and  life   of   the  machine.  Rolitea - the modern Orthodox tea roller, now  in  use  in  all orthodox  tea producing areas in India and abroad.

Worm reducer drive - Rolitea  is  driven  not  through  the  traditional  Bevel Gear but a special vertical Worm Reducer of 30:1 ratio, coupled directly to a 1500 rpm motor, giving the table speed of 50 RPM. The arrangement is such that an intermediate V-drive can be incorporated to get a different speed.

Leaf jacket (hood) - Made of high quality  stainless  steel  sheet.  Its adequate thickness reduces wear and tear. The top and bottom edges of the jacket are re-enforced for extra strength.

Pressure Cap - Electrically  operated  Pressure  cap has been introduced on Rolitea for the first time . It is automatic, free-floating and fitted with height indicator. Thus it eliminates complex, mechanical system making operation simpler and smoother.

Electronic Pressure Cap (Optional) - This  controller  specially  developed  to  pre-program  the  entire cycle as desired, thus minimising labour and improving quality.

Table design - Rolitea  Rolling  Table is furnished  with improved high-efficiency. Asymmetric Well with a sliding door.  Rolitea  with  Battens,  Cones  and  Drop  Doors are also available. The highly polished table surface ensures best results.
