Unique moving cutting unit cover - Kaizen  Super introduces  a new type of moving  cutting unit cover which is hinged and can be opened easily on either side.  It  incorporates  a non-stick,  self-cleaning belt, which  moves  gradually  over  the  rollers acting as cutting  unit cover and a continuous cleaning device.

Reduces Bearing Span - Ensures better life of bearings, eliminates vibration and chatter free sharpening

Better, Long life Conveyor Belts - Kaizen  comes  with  special  hygienic imported PVC belts, which has perfect surface, no cracking and opening. The life of PVC belt the is double that of hygienic belts.

Machine Height Reduced - Provides  better access for maintenance and enables arresting of spillage to the maximum extent possible.

Bearing Sleeves - Hardened and ground bearing sleeves are provided on the mandrel bearing journals to  ensure minimum damages to bearings.

Fast Roller Removal - Unique roller withdrawal mechanism makes removal of roller  convenient and quick
