Falcon  fans  are  well  known  in the tea industry for their efficiency and reliability. They are available in wide range to cater to exact air requirements, consuming minimum power.

Aerofoil designed blades are dynamically balanced to ensure optimum air delivery with  minimum  pressure drop. All fans are constructed to withstand normal operating stress to render many  years of trouble free service.

AXIAL FLOW FANS

FALCON AXIAL FLOW FANS  are  high  volume  discharge  fans,  used mainly in  withering troughs to  blow  hot/cold  air  to  facilitate  better withering   of  tea.  Impellers  are  Aluminum   Die   Cast  and  machine balanced, mounted directly on motor shafts. Blade profiles are designed to deliver optimum air with minimum power consumption.

CENTRIFUGAL FANS

FALCON CENTRIFUGAL FANS are  high  pressure centrifugal discharge type  fans  used for discharging hot air produced by heaters into Drying Chambers  or Withering Troughs. These fans are also used for providing humid  from  mist  chamber  to  Fermenting  Machines. Impellers are die pressed  in  mild steel  to  obtain  correct  blade  profiles. The complete impeller  assembly  is  mounted on heavy duty bearings & housed in mild steel  casing.  These  fans  are highly flexible to suit the site conditions i.e. motor   drive  can   be  set   clockwise   or  counter-clockwise  and discharge  arrangements  can  be provided as per site requirement (top angular, bottom, horizontal etc.)

INDUCED DRAUGHT FANS

FALCON INDUCED DRAUGHT FANS  are  high  vacuum creation fans mainly used for suction of the flue gas from the heater and discharge to  the  atmosphere. Impellers  are die pressed in mild steel to obtain correct profile. The complete impeller  assembly is mounted on heavy duty bearings & housed in mild steel casing.
